Sneaky peak 2 step bird punch flower

You will need: the two step bird punch ( available in the new uk mini from april 1st) red and green card stock, post it notes and a two way glue pen

First punch out one hole punch from the green card stock and one from the red,

next using the green bird attach the piece to a post it note so it's easier for you to feed the card back into the punch,

feed the tail of the bird into the part of the punch which usually makes the wing so as to round off the end,

you will need these three pieces that you have punched,  the red wing the green tail and the branch,

next layer the green tail onto the red wing then add this to the branch, you've just created a rose bud!

Using the heart punch to make flowers.....

Just a quickie today a few people asked what else you can do with the heart punch so thought i'd show you a couple of ideas,   I know there are loads more ways to use this punch and I might get a round to showing some of those too!
